Breaking Barbi (2018)

Barbi, a famous fitness selfie queen, is lost in the wilderness after her first date with a cute guy goes horribly wrong. Lost without cell service, supplies or survival skills, she begins a harrowing journey back to civilization with her face buried in her phone. Distracted by selfies, she misses a huge alien mothership shooting down a Homeland Security airplane. Now, as surviving agents counter attack on the ground to protect their top secret mission, Barbi meets Agent Radcliffe, Earth’s last hope. Redirecting Eddie (2008)

Making an indie film is murder under the best of circumstances, but first-time director Eddie Vassick’s scenario is chaotic. Halfway through filming his main investor croaks. He has to tangle with the investor’s widow who not only demands a plum role in the film when she’s never acted a day in her life, but sells the film’s rights to none other than Eddie’s domineering older brother Warren. Warren is a B-movie mogul, king of commercial flicks, who has cast a shadow over Eddie his entire life. Eddie is forced to bend to Warren’s will, and Warren immediately issues an impossible ultimatum, true to form. Eddie must re-shoot the entire film in costly 35mm format in four weeks time, or control of the entire project will revert to Warren.

Nothing Good Ever Happens (2016)

Neil who is a painter and graphic designer, on a morning just like any other morning his girlfriend Amanda leaves him and moves out of their house. That morning Neil tries to cope as best he knows how, but in a strange turn of events he ends up shooting back a glass of bleach. He wakes up to suicide watch and court appointed therapy as well as the empty void Amanda left. Now Neil has to decide what he can do to feel better about himself. Should he get Amanda back? Make his old friends like him again? Confront his estranged father? Eat a ton of Chinese food? Or maybe he should just finish his latest painting.
